- 8 lamb chops
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Season lamb chops with salt and pepper.
- Drizzle both sides of chops with a little olive oil.
- Grill at medium-high heat, 3 minutes for the first side and 2-3 minutes on the second side.
