  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Preparation

  1. Season lamb chops with salt and pepper.
  2. Drizzle both sides of chops with a little olive oil.
  3. Grill at medium-high heat, 3 minutes for the first side and 2-3 minutes on the second side.
