Grilled Chicken Breasts
A quick and healthy entree protein that is a good bass line ready for a host of memorable accompaniments.

- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- Salt and ground white pepper
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- Season both sides of the chicken breasts with salt and white pepper.
- Brush chicken with olive oil, and grill about 6 minutes per side. Remove from heat, cover with foil and let rest.
