Easy Grilled Lamb Chops with Cabbage Salad and Blackberry Chutney

Ludwig dictated this on his way out the door for one of his cherished walks in the country, saying it reminded him of his childhood. I pressed him for more information, but Maestro just called over his shoulder “Lamb Chop was my favorite TV character as a toddler.” What am I even supposed to do with that? An enigma, that man.

What I like most about this menu is that it is delicious and quick. 30 minutes from start to plate, so getting a restaurant-quality meal does not need to take much more time than a box of mac ‘n’ cheese. Start the chutney,  grill the cabbage and lamb while the chutney is reducing and you are done. For an additional time-saver, substitute your favorite store-bought honey-mustard vinagrette.
